Logging into your customer portal is pretty straight forward. Simply click the icon in the top right corner, enter in your email and password.
"Checking out" (paying the deposit) does not automatically create an account for you. If you have not yet created an account but have already "checked out," create an account by clicking the "create account" link. IMPORTANT - be sure to use the same email you used during checkout, or your order and your account will not sync. If you used the wrong email during checkout, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and they can get your email updated.
