Base Rates and Who Does What

Project Solar operates under two different models with installers in their network. Which model the installer operates under is come to an agreement upon during the onboarding call.

*BOS: Grommets, LockNuts, terminals inside junction box, proper roof sealant, all necessary breakers, AC disconnect, additional wiring (e.g., Romex, THHN, etc.), and all other materials customarily included in BOS.

MSA (Master Service Agreement)

The MSA governs the agreement between Project Solar and the Installer. The final executed MSA governs payment terms for base rate and adder rates and is the governing pricing document between Project Solar and Installer – regardless of customer contract or customer payment. See below for default payment terms.

Customer Contracts

To offer a consistent experience for all Project Solar customers, they sign a Project Solar “Contract Set”.
