We also post job openings on several employment websites, although they may not show all of our job openings.
The Application Process
Our application process can be as quick as one week for entry-level positions and one to three weeks for senior-level positions. There are typically three steps:
Step One: Submit Application
When you apply on our website, we'll require you to fill out some information, such as your name, desired pay, and resume information. Answer every question before submitting your application.
Step Two: Screening Call
If you’re a good candidate for the position, one of our recruiters will contact you to schedule an interview. The interview will last about 20 minutes. They may ask you to complete an assessment test or present a portfolio for further evaluation.
Step Three: In-Person Interview With Manager
The final step would be an in-person interview with the department manager. The manager will ask you questions about your job capabilities. When the interview is over, it takes about one week for the hiring manager to make a final decision.
